Spicy Chicken Soup (Sri Lankan Style)



Chicken                            -                 Boiling Chicken (Whole)
Coriander seed                 -                 2 Table Spoon
Cumin seed                      -                 1 Table Spoon
Pepper Coarse                  -                 1 Teaspon
Garlic                               -                 4 Clobes
Onion                               -                 1 Big (Chopped)
Salt                                   -                 For taste
Lemon or lime                  -                1

Clean the chicken nicely chop it into big pieces and put it in a saucepan.  Add water covering the chicken.   Crush Coriander seed, Cumin seed, Pepper coarse in a grinder add  it to the chicken.  Also add the garlic chopped onion and salt.  Boil it until the water is half.  Strain it and add lemon or lime juice before serving.
