Malay Pudding (Sri Lankan)





Ingredients

Coconut Milk            - 1 can
Eggs                          - 4
Palm Jaggery            - 250 gms.
Nutmeg powder        - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamon powder     - 1/4 teaspoon


Cooking Method
Beat the eggs add 1 can coconut milk and great the jaggery mix well.  Add nutmeg powder and cardamon powder ¼ teaspoon mix well and keep it in the pressure cooker and allow three whistles. Finish it off with roasted cashews and serve.

If you don’t have a pressure cooker you can steam it or bake it.
