Ingredients
Semolina - 1 Cup
Cabbage Sliced - 1/2 Cup
Carrots - 1/2 Cup
Beans - 1/4 Cup
Salt for taste
Cumin seed - 10
Mustard seed - 10
Onion Sliced - 1
Red Chillies (Dried) - 2
Water - 1 Cup
Cooking
Roast the semolina for two to three minutes keep it a side. Cut all the vegetables and onions nicely. Keep a pan put some oil and fry the onions , chillies and add few cumin seed and mustard seed. When it starts cracking add the vegetable and add salt for the vegetables and keep it for two mnts. Add one cup of water and when the water boils add the rulang and quickly mix nicely.
Easy to make and nutritious.
